CLICK Real Estate Photography – Terms of Service

1. Ownership & Copyright

All photos, videos, and media content delivered by CLICK Real Estate Photography remain the exclusive property of CLICK Real Estate Photography, protected under U.S. copyright law.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property or business for which the content was commissioned.

2. License Restrictions

The content may not be sold, shared, licensed, or transferred to any third party—including other agents, brokers, property managers, or platforms - without prior written permission from CLICK Real Estate Photography. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Usage Rights

The license includes the right to use the media in digital listings (MLS where permitted), social media, personal websites, email marketing, and printed materials.

This license is only valid for the original client who commissioned the shoot. If the property is transferred or re-listed under a new party, a new license must be obtained.

4. Payment & Delivery

Final media will be delivered upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Use of the content before full payment is not permitted.

5. Non-Refundable Download Service

All downloaded media files provided by CLICK Real Estate Photography are non-refundable. Once images or videos have been downloaded from the gallery, the sale is considered final and cannot be reversed. No refunds will be issued for downloaded content, regardless of whether the media is used, published, or distributed.

6. Retention & Storage

CLICK Real Estate Photography stores all delivered content for 12 months. After that period, files may be deleted without notice.

7. Credit & Attribution

When possible, we appreciate credit such as:

Photography by CLICK Real Estate Photography or tagging @CLICKRePhoto on social media.

8. Modifications

Clients may crop or resize images for marketing purposes but may not alter, retouch, or add filters that misrepresent the property or brand.
